Apartments Application Process

For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application. You may download the application online, fill it out, save it and email it to park@parkparthenia.com or you may print the blank application and fill it out by hand then fax it to 818-993-4439.

Either way, email, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office and our well qualified and helpful staff will be ready to get you on your way to a wonderful, almost carefree lifestyle you'll enjoy for years to come.

Rental Guidelines:
Good Credit, positive verifiable rental history (with no unlawful detainers and or past due balances due to landlords) and income requirement at least of 3 times amount of the rental rate must be met
Please provide the following documentation with completed Application to Rent:
1. Proof of income, two most current and original payroll vouchers and/or other verifiable income (original documents, no copies)

2. Copy of California identification

3. All adults must complete the entire Application(s) to Rent, no blank spaces or omissions. Make sure applicant signs on page 2 of the application(s). Provide a day and evening phone number, cell phone number, email address so we may contact you. Application fee is $30 per applicant, payable to A&M Properties

4. If you are self employee you need to provide the last 2 years tax return, copy of your business license and federal ID Number.
